To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 永年士多, 聽就聽得多,但食真係第一次黎食。一入門口就要揀左餸落左order 先,然後再搵位。因為佢都幾多選擇,所以企左係門口諗左一陣食咩!芝士丸豬紅溫泉蛋油面我試左鋪頭推薦既豬紅同溫泉蛋,但個人認為味道真係普通,對呢兩樣野有愛既都可以叫既。墨丸雞翼蘿蔔油面雞翼同蘿蔔入味,呢個配搭食上黎感覺好d.紅豆奶茶冰見佢推薦,就叫左黎試,老實講。味道真係麻麻,奶茶同紅豆冰兩隻味夾唔到,試過就算。菠蘿冰菠蘿冰唔錯,尤其係食車仔面食到熱辣辣,整返杯咁fresh 既凍飲,好爽!
