尼晚同幾個朋友出嚟飯聚,天氣凍凍地去玩玩爐端燒,海鮮必定係我嘅首選啦!我地一行4人叫咗個二人海鮮套餐同其他串燒咁。尼個二人前套餐,有蟶子王、扇貝、鮑魚、海蝦、蠔、花甲同螺,份量十足。尤其係蟶子王同扇貝,大大隻無花假,食落甚鮮甜!自己即燒即食,熱辣辣放入口,正到爆!燒白鱔鮮嫩燒汁惹味,無骨有咬口,鱔嘅油香沖斥整個口腔食咗一啖已經即刻想encore!幾特別幾有心思的菜式!用燒過腐皮載住溫泉蛋黃,再加上黑松露。埋枱已飄來陣陣黑松露香氣,一啖入口黑松露同蛋黃即時遊走到口裡每個角落,感覺好滿足。幾花工夫的菜式!用臘味糯米飯整到形狀好似條雪條咁,再塗上蛋黃漿喺面拎去燒。蛋黃漿燒得火喉剛好,糯米飯咬落煙韌,而且一啲都唔乾。鴨舌香辣勁惹味!用嚟餸酒一流尼個望到已經好吸引啦!每粒綿花糖都燒到微微金黃,加埋朱古力醬同煉奶已經好邪惡!配以脆卜卜的厚多士底,入口一軟綿一脆爆,口感好棒!
