To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 酒味很重,愛杯中物的人應該很喜歡,鮑魚新鮮彈牙。以$88一隻的價錢來說,很普通。完全吃不出任何桂花的味道,雞肉也不是特別嫩,算對得起$250半隻的價錢。在menu找不到這個菜,是類似炸生蠔的物體,蠔很新鮮,挺肥美蝦球彈牙,也吃得出西檸味,不過$80一隻蝦,吃下心痛這個類似羊腩煲的物體,是全晚最令人失望的菜式,羊腩普通,腐皮完全沒煮好,非常硬且不入味鱈魚嫩滑,帶清新柚子果香

Other Info. : 總括而言,味道不過不失,來的人大概是吃它的氛圍,單以食物而言是絕對不值這個價錢,而且服務人員也有待訓練,丟三落四的,也許是覺得我們是普通升斗市民,不用太殷勤服務吧。 這個價錢這種服務這些食物,我是絕對不會再來的。
