To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

據說這家店的魚蛋非常有名,今天路過,不用排隊,決定一試。點了一碗魚蛋米,一碗水餃米,一碗淨潮州四寶,一碟油菜及一碟炸魚皮。友人與我一致覺得魚皮餃最出色,其次是魚蛋米中的魚片,貢丸也做得很好,魚蛋水餃的味道也不錯,而相對普通的就是墨魚丸,像是沒太多墨魚在內吧,因為墨魚味不香濃。油菜是腐乳通菜,味道就是正常,反而炸魚皮有點失望,因為不夠脆,可能保存得不太理想。聽說這店排隊,味道不差,似乎未必值得排隊。
