To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 啱啱去食咗金記冰室,講呢,呢度啲嘢食真係好有自己風味。🍽 蒸黃花魚嗰隻,滑溜溜嘅魚肉,淋咗啲豆醬上面,夠晒咸香,而且蒸得恰到好處,每一啖咬落去都覺得魚味好鮮。再嚟講塊西冷牛扒,佢哋嘅煎功夫一流,八成熟嘅牛肉,一刀落去,肉汁四濺,微微啲蒜蓉汁掃上面,香味撲鼻!配意粉就咁嗞一啖,夠哂口感。仲有嗰碟金銀蛋肉碎浸時蔬,食落去滿足感十足啊,材料諗頭足,尤其配白飯食,簡直係點都離唔開碗。至於晨早既臨餐,個牛油方包外皮麵包脆,入面牛油香濃,好過癮。炒蛋滑唔溜丟,多嚿牛份量足,只係講到鹹牛肉有時鹹咗啲,但係呢啲小問題根本影響唔到佢哋嘅美味度啊,每一啖都係趁熱嗌埋去。😋 食完呢咁滿足嘅一頓,真係令人滿足哂!下次仲會再黎添!👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻
