To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

聽身邊朋友提起銀龍茶莊好似幾出名，一得閒即刻去試試價錢偏貴，但食物質素真係令我大失所望三文治難食，西多士冇料到其他嘢食同出面普通茶記差唔多我去嗰日我朋友咁啱咩住黃色背囊，即刻俾人問究竟係唔係黑暴，呢個背囊啫使唔使咁敏感？可唔可以俾返啲基本尊重一位客人？衛生環境去得茶記都預咗唔會特別好，但呢間真係有啲污糟，啲餐具好油好似未洗過咁，叫咗杯一定要試嘅港式奶茶，一啲茶味都冇，侍應嘅服務態度亦都偏差，真係有啲貼錢買難受
