To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

同屋企人一家嚟食飯，周圍茶樓都要等位，實行大海撈針，度度都拎飛，睇邊度快有位蜜汁鳳爪最先到，應該因為煮好，直接上碗燒味部嘅燒腩仔配黃芥末都比較快上啲燒肉好靚，個皮燒得好香脆，食落滿口油脂同鹹香，點埋芥末醬就仲正雪山叉燒包都好新鮮，熱辣辣，入面嘅蜜汁叉燒好軟糯煎餃子不過不失，入面嘅餡料都算幾多XO醬炒蘿蔔糕有啲失望，因為啲蘿蔔糕唔似磚塊，反而散散地，好難夾，外皮煎得唔夠香脆，有點失色最後呢個香辣雞翼估唔到幾重手，調味料甚多，有孜然粉又有辣粉咁辣味都幾重，唔食得辣嘅朋友真係唔好挑戰

煎餃子不過不失，入面嘅餡料都算幾多
XO醬炒蘿蔔糕有啲失望，因為啲蘿蔔糕唔似磚塊，反而散散地，好難夾，外皮煎得唔夠香脆，有點失色
