To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

好少寫食評,忍不住要寫一下,下午五時半左右入咗去食,客人不多，同老婆點左個乾炒牛河及香菇滷水雞翼,一食就知中伏,完全是凍的,雞翼肉及皮都是爛茸茸,叫個員工去換,佢就話叮熱,翻來碟餸還是微暖,不知所謂！乾炒牛河又是微溫,牛肉三小塊!希望食完呢餐無痾啦,真是打開門做生意騙人,"米x蓮推介食屎"佢自己提名做假...
