To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

嚟到，我一落座，就覺得好似入咗一個潮汕老友嘅家。環境樸實爽朗，無華麗裝潢，感覺得易親近。起頭嘆咗碗滷水三寶，嗰鵝肉、鵝肝、鵝腸，一啖一啖嘅肉香夾雜滷水嘅甘甜鹹香，真係得，啖啖入味，鵝肉夠腍又唔肥膩，鵝肝嘅滑嫩、鵝腸嘅爽脆，通通搶咗戲，好過癮！一邊嘆茶，我仲發現豆腐同花生都係靚配角，帶來不同嘅口感遊戲。跟住黎咗間飯店嘅王牌—蠔仔肉碎粥，小小嘅蠔仔但鮮味十足，湯底爽滑，粒粒飯仔咬落有勁，嘗一啖，心都暖笠笠。同場加映嘅水晶韭菜裸一啲都唔輸，皮薄餡足嗲到飛起，潮洲菜式嘅地道係一啲都唔會輸比任何高檔食堂。食到尾聲，我叫咗福果清心丸綠豆爽，賣相啱晒打卡，綠豆煲得稔細腍滑，清心丸又彈牙，食落有種舒爽後味，結尾實在太完美！喂，真係無得輸，潮汕小菜系列搞得我離唔開口，唔知點解，食咗都仲想再食，下次還要再黎試新菜色！😍🤤👌
