To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

老公今天放假，來了樂富和我吃中午飯。我們去了茶木吃。我叫了一個紅蔥醬燒豬軟骨麵。這個手作麵十分彈牙，豬軟骨煮得十分軟，很易入口，紅蔥令味道更加分，整體來說十分正。老公叫了一個310溏心蛋肉燥飯。溏心蛋煮得剛好，不會過熟，也不會過生，肉燥份量多，很夠拌飯。我們叫的套餐有飲品送，我叫了黑糖冬瓜茶，老公叫了柚子蜜茶，冬瓜茶很好飲，不過太甜，清清的，很有消暑解熱的感覺，柚子蜜茶十分清香，味道也剛好，十分潤喉。
