有人講過,空間的留白,是為了讓生活留出值得期待的「餘地」。呢間居酒屋正正叫做「留白居酒屋」,門面以及店內裝修都充斥着滿滿的和風,我尤其鍾意呢度嘅串燒,推介俾大家,仲有好多嘢想點,但係我都係決定「留白」,留返期待下次嘅食物。 🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🍀燒鳥定食$88 (平日包味增湯、前菜)👍👍包左三款串燒:雞髀菇、牛舌、一口牛。不得不讚雞髀菇,牛油味道濃郁,燒烤之後仍十分juicy;牛舌同一口牛味道吸引,完全唔夠喉。白飯上鋪有飯素,味道毫不單調!🍀單點雞脖子肉、豬舌👍👍平日都好少食到,雞脖子肉入口第一感覺像雞軟骨,但比起雞軟骨更加有韌性,再三咀嚼,雞味更出;豬舌鮮而不腥,嚼勁十足,是下酒好菜!🍀 吉列海老蕃茄烏冬$78一道清新的烏冬!蕃茄味道自然,而且烏冬沒有酸味,條條柔滑不乏彈性😁炸蝦🍤外層炸皮香脆鬆化、內餡爽口鮮甜、口感爽脆,同蕃茄烏冬一齊食好夾!🍀鹽味枝豆$22有別於普通嘅枝豆,呢款枝豆加上鹽巴,果然魔鬼在細節,更加香口比起原味枝豆果然是生色不少。

一道清新的烏冬!蕃茄味道自然,
而且烏冬沒有酸味,條條柔滑不乏彈性😁
