To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今晚係旺角行下行下～見到個fd就傾左陣順便搵間餐廳坐底吹下水見到有間叫白咖哩公司就試下，咁岩隔離個客都係第一次食睇黎好多人都未試過～就等我都試下先～入面有好多不同種類既食物依家推行緊QR code落單對我黎講很方便，可以自行選擇配料，惜食的行為👍🏻🌟濃香沙嗲湯特長吉列魚柳米線豬骨湯底，味道不是很濃，米線很有口感，而且我發現魚柳很大塊、鬆脆可口、完全feel到即叫即整😋😋食完個米線都仲有好多魚柳比我食😋好味指數極高，如果中意食魚柳既朋友仔可以試下員工很有善對待客人，客人問問題都會樂意解答環境方面：坐位很舒適因為當時人流不多感覺空氣很流通
