呢期銅鑼灣開了很多拉麵店, 呢間以熱石為賣點,加上係新鮮嘅沾麵!今日終於等到來到!因已過午飯時間,唔使等位,裝修唔似傳統麵店, 尤其牆上嘅煮麵廚具做裝飾!地方幾大,鍾意呢度樓底高,唔壓迫,入內店員安排坐吧枱,對住廚房!枱面有齊調味料及餐具!餐牌食物款式唔多!揀好寫埋點餐紙!交比店員落單! 沾麵(熱)($89)魚湯沾汁超濃,魚味好濃!我加水都覺得太濃!over咗我預期!鹹之外而且比較油膩,麵條粗身似烏冬,煙韌彈牙!掛湯唔錯!湯內嘅荀同肉塊好淋身!因為夠熱,所以去到中尾段先要求熱石(其實已經差不多飽,熱石想見識下啫)店員用個單柄煲攞住一塊有號碼熱石,放在鐵匙上,仔細教我點樣放入湯,可能我碗湯已經太涼,所以放入熱石都只是微熱!最後都因為太膩而食唔晒! 水餃子($29)水餃皮薄煙韌,加啲辣油同蔥花,好似上海菜紅油抄手,餡料爽口,少許肉汁!好味! 味付半熟蛋($9)煮得入味,蛋白身彈牙,蛋黃唔係流心,係軟身嘅蛋黃,香濃蛋味!好食 青菜盛($14)最喜愛嘅芽菜,加少許椰菜!醬油鹹香!好味! 店員有禮有耐性,每位都會解釋食物食法,上菜收碟會問一句先做!唔會好急趕!我食完走仲會
