呢間係溫哥華過江龍班戟專門店,店舖分上下兩層,侍應就帶咗我哋去樓上坐。樓上座位寬敞舒適,掛滿美國風poster,跟足温哥華總店嘅style。❤️ St. Jacques 黑松露香煎帶子法式薄餅$139面頭有兩塊煎香咗嘅帶子,同少少黑松露醬。帶子表面係焦糖色,軟嫩多汁,富有牛油香。個crepe厚薄適中,鬆軟煙靭,蛋香濃!估唔到呢個薄餅非常足料抵食!切開完一半將餅皮揭開,已經見到入面有十幾粒珍珠帶子,配上香濃黑松露芝士醬同蘑菇碎,相當濃味同creamy!食得多有少少漏。兩個人share啱啱好!好食度:⭐️⭐️⭐️✨(3.5/5)❤️ Cheesecake Strawberry 芝士蛋糕味草莓薄餅 $89外表睇落平平無奇,但餅皮內有好多士多啤梨!佢哋採用新鮮士多啤梨🍓,可能因為唔係當造關係,有少少酸。個crepe特別之處係用cream cheese 取代一般忌廉。整體嚟講,我覺得偏酸,無大家講到咁好食。好食度:⭐️⭐️✨(2.5/5)❤️ Nunshen tea - Hawaii Cocktail 水果茶$38估唔到上枱係一杯熱水,要自己落茶包!😂茶包本身選用咗多種熱帶水果,有菠蘿,芒果,檸檬,犬薔薇和葡萄

估唔到上枱係一杯熱水,要自己落茶包!😂茶包本身選用咗多種熱帶水果,有菠蘿,芒果,檸檬,犬薔薇和葡萄乾。色澤亦都充滿咗夏威夷鮮艷色彩!飲落酸酸地,中和芝士味嘅漏。
