To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日去元朗買海味, 附近原來都有間小曼谷泰國菜館, 懶得煮飯, 就要些外賣回家吃, 食吓正宗泰國菜, 由於是即叫即制, 所以都要稍作等候。回到家中, 外賣食品仍然熱辣辣。泰式柚子沙律 柚子蜜味清甜, 蝦球新鮮爽脆, 還有炸過嘅椰絲, 充滿椰香和泰國風味。招牌海南雞雞肉幾有雞味, 味道較為清淡, 唔會感覺油膩。咸魚炒芥蘭芥蘭新鮮爽脆, 大大件鹹魚充滿鹹香, 既香口又有鑊氣。黃咖哩牛腩 黃咖哩味道溫和, 淡淡黃色又帶椰香, 牛腩腍滑酥軟, 薯仔也很入味, 充滿泰式風味, 咖哩汁配飯相當醒胃。泰式肉片炒米粉份量和鑊氣十足, 肉片軟弱, 米粉爽口幼滑, 炒得乾身又彈牙, 鹹度又適中, 不會有油膩感。
