To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

元氣fans多年，近年來元氣推出高速線壽司，用火車上壽司比客人，有新意，有創意，客人都覺得有與，食餐飯都互動啲新舖開張，比之前一樓果間大間左，燈光光左好多，睇落都精神左。元氣燉蛋一直都係其中我必食之一，材料都比其他分店足啲，不過水分比較多，所以出來既口感比較稀身。壽司系列，刺身都算舊身，同大塊，不過可能好凍，比較冰，所以有啲魚生口感都比較硬身。白桃梳打，果之飲品系列，明明叫左少冰，結果來到都超好冰，拎走晒啲冰足足無左半杯，糖水味好重，所謂的白桃都只係罐頭，不可再細細地，都鰻魚份量都唔會太少，可一試。高速線有啲限定食品，雖然唔多，但都叫做有返佢自己既獨特之處，燒牛壽司，時間限定，望落似燒肥牛，但食入口，牛味好香，不錯總括而言，屯門換左間高速線係屯門人士元氣迷的福音
