To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

品穀麵包遊記：屋企人嘅新歡💓

今日終於有機會試到傳說中嘅品穀麵包，人氣又食得，對於我呢啲嗜好美食嘅人嚟講真係秒殺！到咗店度一眼望去，麵包款款都叫人眼前一亮🌟。首先，果個芋泥小盒仔，真係打卡熱點！唔單止賣相精緻得嚟，咬落去外面奶酥酥脆，裡頭麵包又軟又綿，夾雜著啖啖綿滑嘅芋泥和啲啲芋頭粒，層次感強到爆煲！接住嚟話你知，個朱古力咖啡骰仔包，造型正到冇朋友，鮮美朱古力味道夾帶迷人咖啡香，啖啖都係驚喜😋。最後呢款蝦子香蔥包，真係打破我對蔥嘅成見。外皮焗得恰到好處，鮮甜蝦子同青蔥香味混合埋一齊，食落令人意猶未盡。仲有好多創意包等著我去探索，下次記得再睇我嘅新品評啦！品穀，你絕對值得一嚐再嚐！🥐🍞🥖
