之前喺深圳食過老鴨煲,先飲鴨湯後打邊爐。覺得味道好好,鴨肉鮮嫩又煮得好腍。成日推介俾朋友返大陸一定要食但係次次都約唔成。唔係話遠就唔得閑😑今次就近近地喺香港試吓呢個老鴨煲啦三個女仔都唔係食得幾多野, 隨便叫咗一隻鴨嘅老鴨煲試下!望落同深圳嗰個都好似,因為鴨都幾肥,所以飲湯之前一定要隔走哂啲油!呢一煲鴨, 已經隔咗三大碗油😂 亦都為咗方便食,我哋將隻鴨煎皮拆骨,撕晒啲鴨肉出嚟。肉質非常之林,唔會好老,一啲都唔痴牙!🤤🤤另外我鍾意加啲蔥落去一齊飲, 成個感覺好清香、好香鴨味、又唔會太肥膩!加埋啲蘿蔔一齊食真係好香甜!我哋三個女仔飲咗大半煲鴨湯先至肯停手😂😂😂😂😂我哋隨便嗌左少少火鍋配料,有四寶丸、紐西蘭羊肉片、雜菇、脆鯇片、少少蔬菜、仲有和牛粒添。雖然佢俾咗一大洞山我哋,其實入面只係菜。羊肉都係得幾塊⋯⋯⋯而且我覺得羊肉片嘅羊味太重太so!我本身都好鍾意食羊肉都好鍾意佢浸羊肉嘅蘇味但係呢個實在太蘇啦!成都打邊爐都係佢啲羊肉味😐😐😐至於呢個澳洲M9和牛粒,亦都係有少少失望!可能10粒入邊,有5粒都係肥膏⋯⋯⋯⋯呢個鯇片都幾好食嘅,肉質都唔錯,都幾厚身。食落亦都冇淡水魚嘅泥味(因為我好怕)整體
今次就近近地喺香港試吓呢個老鴨煲啦
