返興趣班之前尚有空檔時間,便到了花墟一逛,行至花園街街尾,見到紅紅燈籠高高掛,原來是一間台式餐廳,外面還放了幾個魚缸,養了很多生猛大一頭蝦。好奇之下,便和朋友往內進去吃飯。餐廳充滿台灣style,陳設以簡約為主。好奇心驅使之下,又步向魚缸,探探一眾蝦兵親將。Hi! 你咁紮紮跳,貴姓呀? 原來佢姓羅,名符其實羅氏蝦是也。好! 一於食咗你落肚。餐廳比較繁忙,老闆亦忙於向客人推篤菜式。我哋識食嘅,當然係可以隨意點菜啦。先來兩個涼浸浸梳打,分別是荔枝梳打($38) 和薄荷菠蘿梳打($38)。【薄荷菠蘿梳打】台灣出名係鳳梨,所以專登叫這個來飲。甜度適中,梳打透心涼,連薄荷葉都可以吃喔。【荔枝梳打】有少少酒精成份,荔枝味清甜,飲落好清爽。小食:-【醉雞卷 $88】這個醉雞特別之處係無骨。造法係選用雞髀,將其拆骨,整成卷狀,再和以花雕酒來蒸。食落不單只是啖啖肉,還充滿花雕酒香。好正!【滷蛋 $28】造到有溏心效果,時間掌握得很好。食落有滷水味,和有溏心黏口的特別口感。至於墊底的原來是羽衣甘藍,好有誠意!【一口炸豆腐 $28】選用百葉豆腐,炸到脹卜卜,配海鮮醬來食,是非常香口的。之不過,略嫌海鮮醬味道

選用百葉豆腐,炸到脹卜卜,配海鮮醬來食,是非常香口的。之不過,略嫌海鮮醬味道過濃過甜。如果改用類似泰式那種甜酸醬,會否更好呢?

蕃薯味的雪糕以前食過一次,估唔到,今次可以食到原隻蕃薯雪糕。好特別,好好味! 連隻匙羹都好特別。

埋單五百幾,食到咁多台灣美食都唔錯。
