究竟有鷄先定有蛋先? 呢個問題相信唔知幾時先有真正答案!  但我今晚就肯定係呢度開餐之前食過佢嘅洋食之選 - 忌廉菠菜三文魚,令人耐唔耐就想食多次!今晚見到佢門口有新餐牌,多左火鍋同丼既然有新餐牌,當然想試新野啦,一於黎個丼丼餐,今晚係牛豚大比拼!首先出場有呢客特盛牛扒丼 ($108),擺盤靚仔,一片片牛扒舖滿碗面,側邊以溫室菜苗圍邊,畫面上令人聯上到牛同青草,好新鮮呢.......!!牛扒燒至外香內仍然保持嫩紅色,肉質相當鬆軟,一咬就食到,相當滋味!飯粒加入飯素,就咁單食都OK,軟硬度適中,用筷子都可以夾到黎食!中間有隻鮮鷄蛋,可以撈均飯粒一齊食,蛋汁增加左飯粒及牛扒嘅香滑度,呢隻蛋加得好呀!另一客為豚肉生薑燒丼 ($75),亦係豚肉舖滿飯面,中間有隻鮮蛋,再灑上少少蔥粒!豚肉片類似煙肉般肥瘦度,唔想食咁多肥肉部份都可以輕易分開,加入薑汁調味,減低膩感,唯薑汁味唔算太出,濃味些少會仲惹味!都係同一個飯底,加入飯素好惹胃口混入蛋汁就更易入口,就算飯嘅份量都唔少,要清晒成碗都無難度!粟米天婦羅唔係好多地方食到,呢到就有岩鹽粟米天婦羅 ($45),一客兩球,炸至微金黃色!入口熱辣辣又唔係好

漬物可算係日本餐入面送飯嘅好良伴,呢客牛蒡醬油漬 ($28),牛蒡咬落腍中又帶點爽脆,一咬醬汁會係口中流出,醃得相當入味!

另加$25可跟豆腐海苔味噌湯及野菜沙律,有豆腐及海苔豐富口感,湯又夠熱,食啖飯又呷啖湯; 加埋有份沙律,多點綠色食物,均衡飲食,日本餐正是有這份細心!
