咁大個仔第一次踏足河上鄉,人生路不熟,梗係要搭的士啦 ﹗多謝兩位同事專程黎到兜埋我,話咁快轉埋灣就望到目的地喇。有的士直接係門口落真好,如果搭小巴的話,要係總站懲教處落再要行五分鐘架。室內地方都好大,鄉村地方係唔同啲。仲有冷氣、電視、卡拉 OK 同麻雀打添呢。同事們一收工就即時出發,我放假係屋企瞓覺,所以差不多夠鐘先慢條斯理到達。佢地已一早食緊頭盤麻雀加跑馬,氣氛都非常緊張精采,好搞笑。另一邊廂,戰況都十分激烈緊湊 ﹗見梁經理已經非常進取,但依然不敵 ﹗盧豬萍黎招合體大技 ,三娘教子 ﹗梁軍全體覆沒,輸甩褲喇,哈哈 ﹗連舊同事都一齊黎聚聚舊,湊湊熱鬧,真有心呢。難得今晚輝仔、萍妹、鷺妹都抽空參加活動,攀山涉水、長途拔涉,辛苦晒。熱豆腐花,加上大量薑汁同黃糖好好味喎,雖然我唔多喜歡食甜,但都覺得味道唔錯,食得過。豆味香濃,質感幼滑,熱辣辣,Good ﹗羅太豆花依度居然有自家製腐竹、腐乳賣喎,原來係自家豆品廠黎架。除左腐竹、腐乳,仲有自家製咖哩、沙嗲賣呢,我都每款買一樽返屋企試下先。各同事都唔執輸,買返幾樽放屋企先得,難得黎到河上鄉都要買少少手信啦。等左個幾鐘終於開始燒,好采我都唔係太早黎

我又要洗出三叉流喇 ﹗唔係因為我好肚餓,只係想慳時間、慳能源啫,要環保又要合乎經濟效益麻,我快快食飽就可以幫大家燒啦。都唔知由幾時開始燒烤一定要加蜜糖,唔理雞牛羊豬好、唔理黑椒沙嗲咖哩洋蔥好,總知通殺全部浸蜜糖啦 ﹗味道邊會夾架,勁搞笑。而且蜜糖加熱會變酸、變反式脂肪及不飽和脂肪,個個變晒肥佬肥婆啦。

廚師腸,真廚師雞肉腸啊 ﹗唔係怪味腸,有良心 ﹗燒到皮脆肉香就最美味,要內外熱辣辣,一咬噴煙就最 standard 喇。我燒烤係全走蜜糖架 ﹗黑椒雞扒,好味啊 ﹗黑椒味濃無孤寒落足料,耐心慢烤皮脆肉嫩,一扯噴汁 ﹗勁爽 ﹗有骨洋蔥豬扒,肉質富彈性又有咬口,淡淡洋蔥味道搭上濃厚豬肉香,燒到微燋就特別香口美味。蒜香雞中翼,慢工出細貨,千奇唔好貪快似實猛火區,唔係濃晒都未熟呢 ﹗慢慢燒到佢脹卜卜又飽滿。睇下佢皮光肉滑幾鬼靚,肥嘟嘟成隻啪入口,肉汁澎湃,口爆一滴不漏 ﹗雞汁完全回收到肚裡去,堅係齒夾留香。

黑椒牛扒,平價牛扒燒熟啲好,平時食開 3 成熟,依家都係食 7 成以上穩陣喇。燒到外層金黃帶脆勁香口,撕開肉質結實有嚼勁,泛著吸引的微紅色,味道濃郁入味又不乏牛肉香,滿意。牛丸、墨魚丸均大路,中規中句,有點粉口呢。魚蛋、大紅腸夠安全,無投訴。

游水花竹蝦,外購。蝦蝦蝦蝦蝦,正呀 ﹗哈哈哈。花竹一出誰與爭風 ﹗咁快就出花竹蝦喇喎,忍您好耐喇 ﹗終於到我出手,起個雙飛先 ﹗雙蝦出海 ﹗真係唔加蜜糖好食好多呢 ﹗原味非常好食 ﹗蝦肉鮮爽彈牙,濃郁海水咸香,不需任何調味料,完全純正天然,烤過既蝦殼香味已浸到蝦肉之中,無得輸 ﹗沙嗲雞腎,好爽口啊 ﹗不鞋不硬,高質。

大蜆,外購。除左大虎蝦外,大蜆都係今晚既焦點,惹黎全場食家既關注。我忍無可忍喇 ﹗唔等您個鐵絲網,用叉都燒得到啦 ﹗Sorry,自私燒。好新鮮既大蜆,仲識跳舞架,左郁郁、右郁郁。見佢笑得好開心喎,擘到個口咁大呀。碳燒正到不得了 ﹗碳燒跟海鮮簡直係絕配,咸味跟碳香味夾的痺 ﹗大蜆肉勁鮮甜又肥美,肉汁跟海水鎖住係蜆肉之中,一咬爆漿 ﹗比剛才既花竹蝦更美味 ﹗

錫紙焗芝麻蝦,外購。雖然蝦仔細細但五臟俱佺,我一向對芝麻蝦一般,但佢又真係好鮮甜既,肉質好滑添。無可否認,我只係較喜歡食中蝦、大蝦啫,人本性都係貪心的 ﹗哈哈。鍚紙鹽焗香茅烏頭,外購。估唔到會好味成依個程度,肉嫩而多汁,焗既時間剛剛好呢 ﹗骨少啖啖肉,搶呀 ﹗令我念起灣仔東寶小館既香芧烏頭啊,味道都好相似。娜姐醃製既美味烏頭,迅間消失左呀 ﹗我記得百佳都有得賣架喎,包好晒仲有埋香茅、青檸、南薑、等等。

比目魚,外購。第一次買黎燒烤,先用黑椒及海鹽醃一醃,唔知味道如何呢?魚肉太軟一定要用網燒,而且一熟就會散呢。魚脂勁誇張,成手都係油淋淋,燒既時候魚油不停滴出,火光紅紅 ﹗魚味淡質地棉滑,口感勁油,麻麻地。睇黎都好乾煎或脆炸最好味,要迫出大量魚脂先得。三文魚,外購。燒三文魚都係第一次,依舊要網燒,同上用黑椒及海鹽醃。熟既三文魚扒我真係唔多喜歡,好油啊 ﹗質地乾鞋結實魚味淡。我寧願燒鯧魚、烏頭、紅三魚、黃花魚、馬友,都好食過佢百倍。

各食家既小宇宙都燃燒得琳璃盡至,食物已掃得七七八八,所剩無幾喇 ﹗姣里亥啊 ﹗
