To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

上到去冇人理所以我就自己搵位.. 成個場就甘望起碼六張空枱..行到一半想坐低既時候就有人問我幾位..我就話一個！個女主任就叫返我轉頭同人搭枱..一黎唔想坐近樓梯位同埋而家重有疫情甘多位點解要人坐埋一齊 ！我就話我想坐另一張..個女主任就好大聲甘話‘’我同你講轉頭有人你都要搭枱‘’心諗咩態度！我就話‘’ok..有人就搭啦‘’五分鐘都冇岩岩落完單..有個人上左黎！個女主任就即刻安排佢坐我張枱...當時係重有好多空位！俾我感覺係你越唔想搭枱我就係要你搭枱甘！ok..我都明白去得譚仔搭枱都在所難免..但唔係繁忙時間又唔係有人等位點解唔俾人選擇？
