To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 同屋企人來半島staycation, 包$2000 dining credit 決定來呢度食lunch。 Staycation 本身非常推薦,不過去到餐飲反而相對無咁出色。 三個人叫左10款食物,大部份都係跟openrice 上推介的食物。1. 叉燒 - 好食既,但坦白講不驚喜2. 蛋白蒸蟹鉗 - 個蟹鉗咁巨型又鮮甜,係無得輸,蛋白係滑,微微花雕酒味,但唔覺得兩樣野夾埋食有咩化學作用。3. 炸芋角 - 炸得好香, 入面d料都好咸香4. 叉燒酥 - 冇印象,同一般酒樓一樣5. 帶子餃 - 冇印象,同一般酒樓一樣6. 金魚餃 - 非常之普通,$100/隻真係R頭,因為個造型?7. 鮑魚撻 - 好失望,鮑魚係好淋,但完全沒有鮑魚味,個撻好淋,食落張住個口,張得好緊要,完全唔明推介點係邊8. 荷葉飯 - 普通9. 鮑魚雞扎 - 正常,但個腐皮唔索汁。10. 豬腳薑 - 亂叫反而有驚喜,豬腳好淋好大件,皮厚,好正。醋好飲、老薑煮得好淋入哂味,又夠辣亦唔算多渣。另外叫左一份 XO 醬,不錯。午餐我未必會再黎食,試過就算。
