Restaurant: 樂湯雞麵館 (庇利金街)

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 呢間《樂湯雞》越開越多分店,但食完呢次之後就覺得又貴份量又少。砂鍋花膠雞湯翅,花膠一細舊,魚翅兩細條,雞就得5舊。另外佢啲金華火腿好臭,有陣腳臭味咁,好明顯處理得唔好,完全冇金華火腿既香味。刀削麵係現成個啲,絕對唔係手打/手切,冇咬口,好淋,唔索味。湯底方面,較淡,而且真係只得雞味,但雞味又唔算好濃,飲唔出其他食材既味道,較單一冇層次,冇令人想一直飲既感覺,而且飲完好口渴。雞就份量少,每舊都好細舊,肉質唔滑。呢碗野要價80幾90蚊,都好貴,但一啲都唔值,如果呢個價錢我寧願食大圍好湯好麵或者鳳鳴居,嬲呀~
