To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

叫咗個豚王拉麵，但係拉麵入面塊豬肉薄到好似火鍋嗰啲豬肉片咁，令人非常失望。加其他配料要另外加錢。糖心蛋醃得唔入味，加蛋加$19。求其俾一塊壽司紫菜要加$12。蔥同麵不成比例，太多蔥，差不多鋪滿半個碗。拉麵同埋湯底還算可以，但係就冇驚喜冇特別。服務非常一般，填好晒張紙就遞俾樓面。張枱坐得好窄，本身四人枱加塊透明板間做兩人枱，個水壺仲俾人揀開咗冇得加水，職員開到後來才主動加水。總之整體嚟講食得唔高興，唔值呢個價錢。
