To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今晚六點半大概只有5成客,一共四張檯,有兩個樓面。餐廳裝橫企理。叫左烤魚一份。左口魚,酸菜味。加一可樂。我: 唔該,啲芫荽咁多泥?阿叔: 係咩?(轉身繼續樹懶mode步伐去做其他野)可樂罐上有發霉/黑色/定唔知道生鏽漬,仲送左塊生菜葉係個罐比我慶祝生日😊其實湯味道, 材料,性價比不低。喺多咗啲風土人情味(泥味),好似去左他鄉,好有心思知道香港人好期待旅行~ 不過廚房應該好污糟,食物處理方法好那渣。我就大菌食細菌,不過帶同小朋友嘅唔好博啦。注: 收支付寶,八達通,現金。
