To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 本來一家人打算浴彿後到荷里活廣場3樓既聯邦皇宮嘆茶, 因為人太多而轉去 2樓既聘珍樓。 呢間屬高檔酒樓, 價錢當然有番咁上下貴格, 可惜侍應既服務質數欠佳(無人斟茶兼黑口黑面, 似乎唔多想做生意), 食物質數只算中等, 完全不值一試!蝦餃, 燒賣, 排骨, 鳳瓜, 牛肉, 炸腐皮卷, 潮洲粉果, 叉燒包: 味道一般無特別。小籠包: 皮薄,肉質鮮甜。 流沙包: d流沙實實的。三色糕: 三件都超迷你, 其中芋頭榚比較鬆軟。蝦腸: 好大隻蝦。以上點心全部要成廿几至三十蚊左右一碟, 最後叫咗個荷叶飯算係最好食, 內有大隻蝦, d飯又粒粒分明, 但要成過百蚊一個, 五位埋單成五百几蚊, 唔多抵食囉=.=!!!
