呢日同幾個朋友睇完模型車已經好餓,於是就响附近搵嘢食。行到嚟呢個門口,望到有火鍋,於是大伙兒入去諗住 “拾拾下”。點知其中一個 “拾郎”坐低咗先嚟講自己作感冒… X(好彩呢度仲可以叫餸食…但係睇睇下個Menu我就開始驚…喂,川菜嚟喎,我唔係好食得辣架喎!大家睇咗5分鐘,你眼望我眼,似乎都係諗緊 “辣”既問題…有個似部長,自稱 “肥仔”既哥哥見我地啲表情都知我地諗乜,主動走埋嚟同我地講唔洗擔心,師傅習慣就客人口味,一般香港人食唔到咁辣,可以試 “少辣”,但又唔會失咗川菜個特色。我地見佢拍晒心口咁,就即管試試 “少辣”菜色。由於花多眼亂,最後都係由呢位哥哥介紹,點咗幾味招牌菜:水煮豬面青(必試)平時叫得 “水煮”一定有番咁上下辣,何況單睇面頭既辣椒就夠辣啦…戰戰兢兢咁夾件豬面青試,嘩,堅係唔辣(少少辣啫),而且醃得入味又唔會太咸,啱晒一向鍾意淡口味既我。豬面青本身好新鮮好爽口,加上少少辣確實惹味。招牌烤魚(側魚 必試)據部長哥哥講呢個招牌烤魚之所以係招牌貨,原因係在於個酸辣湯底,因為師傅係用雞骨同魚骨熬幾個鐘,跟住將烤到半熟既魚一齊上菜再滾一陣就食得。呢次我地試咗條側魚,唔試尤自可,一試真

有個似部長,自稱 “肥仔”既哥哥見我地啲表情都知我地諗乜,主動走埋嚟同我地講唔洗擔心,師傅習慣就客人口味,一般香港人食唔到咁辣,可以試 “少辣”,但又唔會失咗川菜個特色。

平時叫得 “水煮”一定有番咁上下辣,何況單睇面頭既辣椒就夠辣啦…
戰戰兢兢咁夾件豬面青試,嘩,堅係唔辣(少少辣啫),而且醃得入味又唔會太咸,啱晒一向鍾意淡口味既我。豬面青本身好新鮮好爽口,加上少少辣確實惹味。

部長哥哥講呢個招牌烤魚之所以係招牌貨,原因係在於個酸辣湯底,因為師傅係用雞骨同魚骨熬幾個鐘,跟住將烤到半熟既魚一齊上菜再滾一陣就食得。呢次我地試咗條側魚,唔試尤自可,一試真係忍唔住要讚,因為條魚真係好新鮮好甜,夾雜埋呢個酸酸地既湯,真係好醒胃,連平時唔多食魚既 “拾郎”都一路飲個湯一路話正。不過今次少辣都真係辣咗啲,如果唔食得辣又想試就記得落單時講聲唔好咁辣。

食川菜當然要試肺片啦,不過今次試既係爆,唔係冷盤。老實講,可能本身食材冇點醃,少咗辣味之後覺得淡咗啲。不過食得出食材好新鮮,可能真係要食得辣先好點呢味餸。

呢味就剛好相反。據部長哥哥話,呢啲係正宗四川臘肉,醃得好濃味,所以如果你鐘意重口味一定唔好錯過。咪以為 “臘肉”就好肥,幾乎全部都係瘦肉,唔會食肥人。

呢晚唯一既冷盤。如果你鍾意食 “麻”,我推薦你食呢個餸。因為佢冇平時食辣椒既辣,取而代之既係一種留响口腔既 “甘甘地,涼涼地”既感覺。而且個鵝腸爽口夾彈牙,絶對冇介紹錯。

唔好誤會,呢壺茶唔洗叫架,一坐底已經係飲佢。菊花茶飲得多,加杞子都係第一次,(後尾發現原來係自己大鄉里,呢個茶有清肝明目,清熱祛火既功效)大概係店家體貼客人食辣之後要降火吧。
我仲見到 “煎pan”………………………………..張相!

總括嚟講我覺得如果唔係好食得辣但又想食到川菜風味,呢度係一個唔錯既選擇。食物新鮮而且價錢亦算公道(貴過茶記晚飯時間少許啫。我試過同等價錢既川菜館求其得多…)。美中不足既係,個招牌…離遠望真係唔知係間食店。
