To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

之前經Flyday.hk開戶送左一晚crowne plaza +$400餐飲消費額。見紫粵軒有個阿拉斯加蟹宴套餐$598/位,決定豪一豪佢。食完先知原來依家klook做緊一個staycation package,$1408連稅。包同一個晚餐+1小時單車+房。好似住多晚著數啲!阿拉斯加蟹肉帶子沙律 唔錯,係沙律醬太多生拆阿拉斯加蟹肉海皇羹夠熱,蝦肉帶子肉夠多,好有咬口。唯獨蟹肉比較少。芝士焗阿拉斯加蟹爪應該係拆左蟹肉,然後混合洋蔥、白汁,釀返落蟹腳後舖芝士去焗。有一梳梳蟹肉嘅,不過我諗肉佔1/4隻蟹腳到啦。啖啖白汁洋蔥,有啲漏。蟹皇蛋白蒸阿拉斯加蟹蛋白好似用溝左粉,較為糊狀,無咩蛋香。不過連埋蟹糕一齊食都ok。鍾意佢加左薑粒。蟹肉就正常。魚湯唐芹浸春荀正正常常黑松露醬海鮮石鍋飯好味嘅!都係用返海皇羹嘅蝦和帶子,好彈牙。飯夠乾身,啖啖松露香。原個椰皇燉雪燕正常地好吃,冇咩特別。桃膠山楂凍糕呢個酸酸甜甜甘,山楂味夠👍🏻幾得意。整體黎講,以酒店中菜來說都唔錯,價錢算平,服務超好。菜式都幾精緻,廚師要認點將蟹入饌,要花唔少心思。不過如果你鍾意啖啖肉,甘酒樓原隻秤會岩你多啲。環境
