想過大海但又怕暈船浪⋯ 而家唔洗搭船去澳門都食到好味葡國菜!餐廳老闆兼大廚係葡國人,所以口味一定正宗!不過配合香港人口味,都會改良少少,就好似里斯本沙律咁,用上PamaHam及多款乾果,仲有經調味過既醬汁,超好味!我地點左個葡式洋蔥胡椒蝦,新鮮彈牙大蝦吸收醬汁既味道;而且個醬汁超高水準,用黎沾點麵包一流,或者一個靚仔白飯都係唔錯選擇!食葡國菜又點少得烤乳豬!葡式烤乳豬無乜肥膏之餘仲要啖啖脆皮,鬆化又好咬,同港式乳豬完全唔同侍應推介我地食葡式西多士作為甜品,簡直就係葡版沙翁!初嚐有d似炸豆腐但甜甜地,食多兩啖就係沙翁既感覺啦!唔講唔知原來係豬仔包演變出黎,沾滿牛奶後再拎去炸,但一d油膩感都唔會有!
