To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 見廣告個黑豚豬扒好似好正, 終於走去試下, 但完全同個banner個樣差好遠lor~~~ 厚切黑豚豬扒餐 -> 個豬扒係比平時果d厚, 但個炸漿唔得呢..............食炸野最緊要就係個炸漿, 如果個炸漿唔好食, 就算個料幾好都冇用, 都係嘥料,...........呢個就係一個好例子..............個炸皮唔脆, 又唔熱, 又話係日本料, 似大陸料多d啫.................仲有呀!!! 個豬扒底原來係冇炸漿架!!! 切豬扒時又切到d脆皮爛哂, 個賣相好差............. 個豬扒本身味道唔差, 都有豬味..............跟餐果個柚子汁沙律, d汁好酸, 所謂沙律, 其實只有椰菜絲......................個飯仲衰.............又話係珍珠米, 一d都唔似lor~~又唔lim口, 又冇飯香, 就算真係珍珠米, 都係大陸出品lor~~ 點豬扒果個汁太酸, 應該整d甜甜地o既燒汁, 咁樣會好食好多lor~~ 大韓雞餐 -> 有炒年糕, 韓式煎蛋角, 雞扒, 配珍珠米............

大韓雞餐 -> 有炒年糕, 韓式煎蛋角, 雞扒, 配珍珠米..............炒年糕有dd辣, 但中間係完全入唔到味, 口感好似咬緊香口膠咁.......
個韓式煎蛋角得一少角, 咬落又好似成舊麵粉咁...........都唔知有乜餸响蛋角入面??
至於個雞扒, d肉好爛, 完全唔駛咬, 又煎得唔夠香, 全靠個汁, 如果唔係都好難入口.............個珍珠米唔駛講, 同上...............

蘋果雪梨煲唐排 -> 是日老火湯, 要加$5, 味道唔夠濃, 可能係冇加味精關係..............都見到有蘋果、雪梨、雪耳、肉粒、南北杏、白果................好似好足料..............清清地都ok.......


可能呢間分度做埋今個星期, 而且商場周圍裝修, 所以就算放假同埋食飯時間都冇乜人,,,,,,,,,,,,,,d廚師可以走出嚟坐, 有order先行番入去...........真他調~~
所以d質數咁差, 因為冇心機, 又冇乜人理!!! 我食食下, 發現杯水無啦啦多咗條屍.............係d蚊滋仔..............
