To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

茶木呢間大型連鎖店好出名同吐好多人都食過，不過又唔係全部嘢都ok嘅，今晚去食晚飯試咗4樣嘢，酥炸蚵嗲，鳳梨慕絲蛋糕，寶島三小碟，紅燒半根半腩牛肚面，第一樣即係台式煎蠔餅，同一般蠔餅好唔同，佢係將啲蛋漿炸起，主要得蠔同蛋無其他配料，味道ok,個鳳梨慕絲蛋糕其實叫呢個因為無晒藍莓芝士蛋糕，唔好食都預左，但估唔到有驚喜，好好味入面仲要有鳳梨果肉，同鳳梨味好重，寶島小食青瓜豬耳有啲辣，流心蛋唔錯，炸魚腐幾好味好有台灣小食風味，最失敗嘅紅燒牛根腩牛肚面，湯底好油，無牛肉湯味，份量好少唔值，佢呢個系列唔推介
