係泰苑食得未夠喉,拉隊到附近食燒烤,紀得上兩年,曾經同素素豬係同一店舖慶祝生日,已經覺得食物水準不錯,不過一直無時間再試.雖然都九點幾,店內依然有六七成客,睇黎泰國菜係九龍城真係一枝獨秀,生意不愁.先來一條燒鰂魚,雖然表皮燒焦,但一夾落肉位,卻係微溫,好明顯係早早燒定,有人落order再返燒一陣,魚腹內夾藏有香芧等香料,魚身蓋上一層粗海鹽,但食落咸味又唔多覺入到魚身,可能魚肉是一早燒好關係,肉質是有點”鞋”,比想像中差得多了.燒牛胸是店內另一名菜,講真,有牛胸食既地方唔多,深圳潮泰薄切打邊爐一流,今次燒完厚切,又是另一種食法,香口得多,而且是脂肪位,入口豐腴,軟綿綿之中帶咬勁,再蘸點少許酸辣汁,惹味又香口,真係好正而燒雞又係另一個多人點既小菜,只係要左半隻,今次就真係即燒,食落克全唔同,肉質嫩滑得多,再加上用魚露,青檸汁及辣椒水開既汁一齊點,又係幾野清晒.今晚先後食左幾款唔同既泰菜,如果再有冬蔭公,明爐烏頭同生蝦就完滿啦!
