今日又去九龍城食泰國菜,如果想試勻九龍城嘅泰國菜館,我諗起碼要一個半月。今次到左城南道嘅泰國路邊街美食。呢度無裝修無啤酒無魚無蟹無獅蚶,但主打湯河和炒粉麵飯。叫左豬雜河比老爸,湯底係濃郁嘅鹵水味,粉用捲筒形嘅河粉,係傳統泰國食材。我就要左豬手湯粉,粉滑湯香甜,豬手煮得入味,肉地滑溜而個塊皮入口即溶……好正!泰式蠔餅,好大份,整個甫滿成個碟。蠔仔好鮮味,餅又炸得煙韌口感,配埋個醬,好食。最後叫多個少見嘅通菜,係灼嘅。灼完加左D鹵水汁好惹味好健康,菜葉好嫩。好食。最後個蠔食剩一半打包走,埋單竟然係$150真係曼谷價另外我覺得大部分泰國人做野都好好脾氣,抵讚
