To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日下午三時左右係呢間葵涌廣場譚仔食個素過橋米線。今日唔係星期三，而個餐牌明明寫住免費轉菜底，咁我就問其中一位職員係咪免費轉菜底，職員話冇，仲話就算星期三來都係冇，我好奇怪，咁即係話根本係冇呢個優惠？個餐牌係呃人？但明明寫得好清楚同埋係寫埋一齊的。後來佢交左俾店長答，店長過來回答都係話冇免費轉菜底，就算星期三來都係冇，答案一樣。老實說三蚊雞我唔介意俾，亦都俾左，因為無謂浪費時間爭拗，Post上來係因為是非問題。另外更重要的是，食食下發覺有好大粒石同沙夾雜係個菜底度，粒石仲好硬，真係好污糟。譚仔係葵芳最少都有三間，感覺興芳路個間仲乾淨啲，實在唔建議幫襯呢間葵涌廣場分店。
