To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 越黎越多人為左追求健康而開始食素,就算唔係完全食素,偶然黎個Green Monday當俾個身體refresh下都係一個唔錯既選擇,今次要介紹既呢間餐廳既菜式望落完全唔似食緊素,但呢到原來係一間純素餐廳黎架😆👦🏻👧🏻今次就叫左兩款聽落唔似素食既菜式,分別係豆乳味噌叉燒湯烏冬同沙嗲玉片炒意粉。豆乳味噌叉燒湯烏冬齋叉燒大家可能都有食過,不過呢到既齋叉燒同大家平時食開紅卜卜個啲有啲唔同,呢到個樣比較似日式個款叉燒,食落口感會似瘦叉燒多啲,加埋味道清淡既豆乳味噌湯,成個配搭由賣相到味道都好日式。沙嗲玉片炒意粉👦🏻👧🏻完全俾呢個偽「肉片」呃到,口感食落同食肉真係無咩分別,而且唔會覺得乾身,唔好以為呢個意粉用沙嗲調味就會好鹹好濃味,👧🏻覺得呢個意粉有沙嗲既香味同微辣但唔會需要不停飲野,應該會幾適合比較重口味既朋友仔。每次都會透過以下6大方面評分(滿分:30分)味道 : 4 / 5環境 : 3.5 / 5外觀 : 3.75 / 5價錢 : 3.25 / 5服務 : 4.25 / 5 回頭率 : 4.25 / 5總分 : 23 / 30性價比👧🏻對食素既印象係油淋淋齋菜或者清淡既沙律,無諗過原來素食都可

👧🏻對食素既印象係油淋淋齋菜或者清淡既沙律,無諗過原來素食都可以食香味俱全,呢道除左供應餐點之外,仲有出售啲健康食品同產品,崇尚自然健康生活既朋友仔不妨去試下啦😊
