To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

鯉魚門除咗海鮮，呢間銀龍都好多人話好值得去試，因為唔係可以喺出面輕易食到，入到去就見到無咩客，由於第一次幫襯都唔知有咩食，就隨口問咗老闆娘一句︰「有無飯食架？」，點知老闆娘回我一句︰「要食飯就隔離喇！」唔洗咁呀‥‥雖然舖內唔多客，但由於時間關係同埋唔係好想再比老闆娘串，都係叫買外賣，見到價錢係偏貴嘅！但如果好食，都可以接受！蛋白腐乳西多士（HKD30)~可能因為比外賣盒"局"到唔脆，而口味甜中帶有咸香，接受到就係「特別」，接受唔到就係「怪」囉！而我，係後者芒果布甸（HKD26)~芒果粒係多嘅！但好酸‥‥其實市面上好多自制布甸，甚至屋企整都好方便，如果呢個價錢，我覺得唔值！
