To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 攞咗米芝蓮咁耐,講咗好耐都未去食。嗰日女朋友話想睇下新個站有幾靚就順便去食下。去到晚市勁多位,唔使好似總店咁死排爛排。嘢食選擇唔多,一張紙睇曬。店員畀咗個盤我哋洗碗筷,果然真係要洗一洗。啲杯碗超油膩。酥皮焗叉燒包($23)呢個真係好好食,因為重甜重咸又脆口 ,不過食一個就夠,食多一個都會好滯。下次會選擇外賣淨係食呢樣。晶瑩鮮蝦餃($34)大粒又唔算大粒,新鮮彈牙又唔算做到好頂級,所以一般般啦。賽螃蟹春捲($34)以為係一啲新奇特別嘢,原來都係蝦春捲加咗啲蛋白入去咁解。豉汁鳳爪排骨飯($33)幾粒排骨一隻鳳爪,連埋啲豆豉同飯同街邊一般貨色無分別,夠曬地道口味。仲諗住先叫四樣嘢食再嗌第二輪,不過味道唔係講到咁神奇就寧願要啲錢去出去食番個糖水。
