To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 因為媽媽生日,見到呢間餐廳咁多好評,所以就揀左呢間,諗住同佢食好啲。餐廳環境唔錯,十二點三左右去到,餐廳冇乜人,而我係訂位時就同店員講明想安排卡位,坐到好舒服,所以擺設都幾靚。牆上面晝左畫,雖然冇乜泰國氣氛,不過都幾靚。香芒軟殼蟹米紙卷($68)一共有8卷,每一卷都包得好實,入面有生菜,米粉同埋軟殼蟹。有兩隻汁可以點。軟殼蟹好香,好好食,加埋生菜同米粉清清地,正好中和返軟殼蟹,所以食落去覺得恰到好處。泰式辣豬肉生菜包($62),有分大辣小辣同走辣,我叫左小辣因為屋企人唔係好食得辣,我自己就覺得一啲都唔辣。啲豬肉夾雜住少少肥肉,不過主要要係瘦嘅,我覺得肥瘦適中,加左辣椒同埋香茅等香料,用生菜包埋,正正常常一個生菜包。生菜好新鮮大大片,豬肉碎份量都OK。泰式鮮蝦金邊粉($72),成碟好似得兩隻蝦,而且一碟份量唔算多,不過味道唔錯,甜甜地,唔算好油膩,而且少少濕濕地,因為我唔鍾意食太乾嘅炒粉,所以我覺得呢個唔錯。但份量多返少少會更好。椰青海鮮焗飯($82)需時25分鐘,因為佢地係即刻開椰青即刻焗,不過食食下其他野呢個就正,所以都唔係真係等左好耐。個椰青係細細個個啲,唔好期望佢好大個,上面有青

椰青海鮮焗飯($82)需時25分鐘,因為佢地係即刻開椰青即刻焗,不過食食下其他野呢個就正,所以都唔係真係等左好耐。個椰青係細細個個啲,唔好期望佢好大個,上面有青口同埋蝦,仲有魷魚之類,下面嘅飯就冇乜海鮮。個飯好香椰子味,我覺得好好食!飯嘅濕度同軟硬度都適中,而且我仲用食晒入面嘅椰子肉,好滑好好食!

店員會主動幫你收野同埋加水,不過就好似求其左少少,而且冇乜笑容,不過整體服務態度都正常。呢間餐廳嘅食品都唔錯,雖然同九龍城嘅比較,呢個價位係可以有更高嘅質素,不過因為就腳同埋環境,我對呢間都滿意嘅!
