今晚同太太去試中環樓上西餐廳。 餐廳大約有十張枱,有少少 cafe feel。叫左兩位 Set dinner $588頭盤沙律有鴨胸的燻香,中間加上有蜜桃的甜美,配以黑醋 dressing,非常清爽醒胃,唔錯!龍蝦湯味道濃香,口感幼滑 creamy。 雖然份量唔多但係味道一流。法式田螺配黑松露及曰式芥末茨茸。賣相十分別緻, 但味道略嫌普通, 一般田螺水準。煎北海道帶子配波蘭汁。北海道帶子大大粒,味道鮮美, 配搭唔錯。澳洲肉眼牛扒14安士兩位用。肉眼牛扒份量十足 medium 煎到表面焦香, 配上海鹽,肉質鮮嫩,肉味濃郁。 二人份量啱啱好!甜品拼盤,有薑汁雪糕、朱古力旦糕和草莓。 第一次食薑汁雪糕,口味都幾獨特,薑味強勁但同時又有牛奶香, 幾特別。朱古力旦糕朱古力味極濃,口感鬆化。總括覺得呢間樓上餐廳水準都唔錯,其實細細間舖有時仲坐得舒適,值得試下!

龍蝦湯味道濃香,口感幼滑 creamy。 雖然份量唔多但係味道一流。

總括覺得呢間樓上餐廳水準都唔錯,其實細細間舖有時仲坐得舒適,值得試下!
