中環開咗一間新嘅越南嘢,有新鋪最好就係等佢熱潮過咗先,或者搵個肯排隊嘅朋友。今日就去排咗幾個字先有得食嘅『蔡瀾越南粉』,睇下食神家持有咩吸引力。呢碗好似係真寶定唔知乜嘢牛肉粉,基本上將所有牛嘅部位都擺咗落去。生牛肉,牛展,牛腩,牛筋,牛柏業,牛丸都有。湯底清得嚟有油香,唔錯。河粉都幾滑。越式法包就爭啲,因為餡料主要係嗰劈紅色嘅肉醬同菜,無越南嗰啲雞肝,扎肉,燒肉等。柚子沙律,不過不失。越式春卷夠熱,餡料幾香。
