To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 朋友安排了晚餐聚會地方沒有電梯要行樓梯....招待都幾OK食品1).燒乳豬全體~皮鬆化,肥肉不多,正2).帶子蟹粉炒銀絲(粉絲)~帶子先煎香,炒得乾身,香,超正3).三弄回味牛肉~牛肉好香,味濃,肉軟,附加即炸蝦片,不油,超正4).嚮螺花膠炖雞湯~花膠比較細,但夠味,好5).金湯(蝦汁)焗花竹蝦煎米粉底~蝦夠大但蝦味不足,但煎米粉+蝦汁.好夾,6).瑤柱鮮腐竹泡勝瓜~鮮腐竹夠香滑,瑤柱湯底幾好,但個人不太喜歡勝瓜,都OK7).欖菜碎蒸多寶魚~欖菜碎香,多寶魚太多骨,魚味較淡,OK啦8).清遠三黃雞~比較肥,但算有雞味,OK9).薑米鮮魚炒飯~飯炒得乾身,魚肉OK,正10).椰汁南瓜露~椰香,南瓜(磨碎)夠,不太甜,沒有隔渣,有人喜歡隔渣,但我鍾意11).炸芝麻球~是即炸,但比較油,平均水準以上,每人只是$260-,相信是友情優惠價。
