好耐未食過川菜啦,前排周圍搵啲港味茶餐廳今日過到嚟九龍城睇潑水節表演再食辣嘢升溫先個蒜泥白肉好惹味喎,唔似出面嗰啲肉咁一陣雪味同羶味,咬落夠Q彈滋味,重點係佢肥瘦啱啱好lollll跟住係嗰個孜然炒牛肉,係啦係啦係好懷念嗰種香味,牛肉俾香料醃過,口感鬆軟好入味,成碗飯咁就食哂luuuu.....用豬肉爆香炒嘅花菜係最正㗎,少少豬油香係精髓,因為揀咗少少辣所以著重嘅係咸香味好夠,花菜口感好夠爽脆入味。
