深水埗不嬲都好多美食,今次就去一試我最鐘意食既瀨粉。受疫情影響,入到去舖頭唔算多人,大家都可以隔得好開坐。牛腩牛筋瀨粉($44)一入去當然即刻叫佢最馳名嘅瀨粉啦。呢度嘅瀨粉每一條都好粗,但係又可以咬開喎,可惜佢唔係我食過最煙韌彈牙。至於牛腩同牛筋就不過不失。如果你都係瀨粉粉,我仍然覺得值得一試酥炸蝦卷($28)佢嘅下佢令我有喜出望外嘅感覺。啱啱炸好出嚟,出邊層腐皮好薄,炸得好香口同脆,入邊餡料亦都好足,仲見到有蝦,真材實料
