到咗旺角的喜來稀肉點咗“喜來烤肉”來燒好正常啩,喜來烤肉,當然係招牌牛肉,7、8塊肉捲到好似一座小山丘,並且根據餐廳的貼士,把肉放在加熱好的烤架的中,跟住好的平底鍋內炒肉一樣將肉左右攪拌,使肉受熱均勻,最後把金黄色的肉挾起,這樣就能享受到多汁而香氣撲鼻的烤肉,而我自已再將生菜略烤包住烤肉吃,由於本身啲肉已的夠味,唔需任何調味已經好吸引;都係個句,出於對海鮮的痴迷,又單點咗個“醬油蟹”,配有紫菜飯,正常食法將的飯擺入蟹殼撈來食,好好味,由於有烤爐,朋友發明咗個食法,將蟹殼烤一烤,好似日式甲羅燒咁,有蟹膏,蟹肉一齊都幾好,而我就係鍾意質感黏黏滑滑的醬油蟹。有六種泡菜任食的喜来泡菜,酸泡菜,牙菜,青葱,青瓜,蘿蔔,随你鍾意任揀,仲有個“石鍋牛肉拌飯”熱辣辣上台也甚好味。
