To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

喜歡新出既產品 - 皮蛋、紅油青瓜

好喜歡食譚仔，深水涉個間故然好食，但始終距離屋企有點遠，所以揀咗係沙田食。由YEAR 1食定出黎社會做野。不過，依間譚仔都收收得唔平。一碗都$24/25蚊，野飲都收6蚊，所以都係深水涉個間最好，又平D，又大碗D。不過無辦法啦。今叫咗個雞肉米線，十小，再加一個皮蛋同紅油青瓜。食完，我係覺得幾SURPRISE，因為真係好食。皮蛋-->同詠藜園個個差唔多，都係好好食。個皮蛋入面(個蛋黃)仲有少少醬係入面，哴哴下咁，依D皮蛋好食。GOOD其實碟餸好簡單，但係好食。另一個就係紅油青瓜，如果ONLY有紅油既青瓜，你一定會覺得辣，但奇就奇在，如果你將舊青瓜下最下面D汁，我都唔知係豉油定醋，即刻會變得唔辣，仲有D酸，好開胃，好好食。
