To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

窗邊、牆上瀰漫着…. 特別嘅氣息外表散漫自由咖啡店，實質是一間充滿要求、製作嚴謹的咖啡店。散漫又嚴謹？ 散漫、只係一種氣息嚴謹、係咖啡嘅製作一邊坐在窗邊，一邊看着店主，小心翼翼量度材料嘅份量、水溫高低，配合熟練嘅手法，製作出一杯令人意想不到「好」的焙茶鮮奶。我有幸一早到，所以可以坐到窗邊旁邊看着整個製作過程。 到來等候咖啡的人。都是有修養的慢慢的等着。有趣事入來的客人講廣東話嘅比較少，對於位於佐敦這個小店別有一番風味。特別一提就是抬頭望吓天花板囉。你會搵到一些有趣嘅事物。 果然是一個有趣嘅點子。
