To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 突然想約人吃飯結果朋友說喝點酒再吃跑到中環喝一杯再出發填肚子朋友找了一家相當有氣氛的酒吧那裡帥哥真多呀不過這不是重點🤣好在一開始並不多人可以聊聊天 說一說各自的近況等到六點多的時候酒吧開始多客人我們就換了場子去吃飯本來還在想吃異國料理還是小炒結果我們因為天氣太冷跑去吃蛇羹的店家吃家常便飯-啫啫滑雞煲上枱仲聽到"吱吱喳喳"聲雞唔算多 偏油偶爾會吃到沒入味的相信不會再點了-金銀蛋扒時蔬基本上沒碰吃菜吃的像吃鹽🧂我還是乖乖吃金銀蛋-臘腸蛋白炒飯飯整體油亮亮的以為沒什麼味道臘腸成功挽回頹勢吃多了也不會膩但也不是百分百想再回顧了畢竟特色不算太突出-椒鹽脆豆腐小小一粒看著挺脆身的但吃進口就總覺得有股苦味在口腔裏徘徊放棄喝口茶沖淡一下味覺也許店舖出名的不是家常便飯類而是蛇羹等等菜式所以我覺得一般般其他人可能覺得非常好👍🏻

-啫啫滑雞煲
上枱仲聽到"吱吱喳喳"聲
雞唔算多 偏油
偶爾會吃到沒入味的
相信不會再點了


-金銀蛋扒時蔬
基本上沒碰
吃菜吃的像吃鹽🧂
我還是乖乖吃金銀蛋


-臘腸蛋白炒飯
飯整體油亮亮的
以為沒什麼味道
臘腸成功挽回頹勢
吃多了也不會膩
但也不是百分百想再回顧了
畢竟特色不算太突出


-椒鹽脆豆腐
小小一粒
看著挺脆身的
但吃進口
就總覺得有股苦味在口腔裏徘徊
放棄喝口茶
沖淡一下味覺


也許店舖出名的不是家常便飯類
而是蛇羹等等菜式
所以我覺得一般般
其他人可能覺得非常好👍🏻
