To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

依家行街行到攰，諗住搵個地方坐低食返個飯，就揀咗間燒肉店試吓新鮮。一坐低，眼前一大排醬汁，真係好過癮，有得自己配搭嘅感覺真係正！牛五花點咗100g，啱啱好。燒嘅時候聞到嗰陣香味，我都忍唔住咽咗兩口口水！嘩，食落去肉質鬆軟，啖啖肉香，蘸住韓式醬汁，真係嗲到一蚊銀都嗌得出。嗱！啲烤豬腩脆皮又香，豬油一溶，啲肉即刻水潤返嚟。呢種快意烤肉，邊食邊傾計，飽足感爆燈！飯量要嚴格控制，食個中碗啱啱好，唔會太飽又夠駛。食完，就係咁簡單。自己係自己嘅烤肉師父，操控住風味同時間，一個人食都可以咁有滋有味！下次有空，一定會再黎光顧，試吓其他款，真係滿足到我呢個愛食鬼。烤肉樂趣，原來喺自己手上嚟揭曉。🥩🍚🍖
