有陣時懶得出門口想喺屋企HEA,但又衰口痕想食下野,真係好煩😂上網見呢到有得買冷藏串燒,咁就可以入定貨放入雪櫃先,到口痕想食下串燒拎返出黎食下過口癮😜今次就買左沙嗲豬肉($75)、沙嗲牛肉($80)、沙嗲羊肉($85)、 沙嗲雞肉($70)、手工原味花生醬($40)、手工辣味花生醬($40)每一包串燒裡面有12串,除返開平均每串先$5.8至$7.1不等,對比返如果喺串燒店食起碼都十幾蚊一串,所以價錢真係相當抵👍🏻見到串燒個包裝袋先發覺原來仲要係MADE IN HONG KONG,咁更加要支持下啦😎至於串燒煮食方式好方便,無論焗爐、平底鑊、氣炸鍋、燒烤爐都得👍🏻食之前記得要先將串燒解凍甚至買夠10包串燒嘅話,仲送埋個串燒專用電爐,咁就容易煮得黎仲多份玩味添😍爐隔離有個掣可以調較火力,先將個爐預熱大約5分鐘後,再陸續放D串燒放喺爐上面塊鐵板燒黎每一次大約可以同時放5-7串上去燒,記得燒到咁上下時間反一反佢,如果唔係一邊燒燶晒🤣大約燒十幾分鐘就熟晒食得D串燒沙嗲味醃得好入味,幾香濃,個人比較喜好沙嗲牛肉同雞肉串,肉質嫩滑唔會鞋😋而我家人就話羊肉串都香嫩,冇乜羊羶味👍🏻豬肉都幾好唔錯😁手工原味

整體黎講串燒質素好,價錢經濟實惠,可以安坐家中就嘆到串燒,開返罐啤酒送酒黎食就更加一流🥰值得再去入手補補倉,約埋朋友齊齊嘆返串😋
